** Flights are only included with 3/4 + 5/6 week + 2 month “WHITE CHRISTMAS” programs to AUSTRIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND, USA and UK. Scotland and Ireland is by request. Program is suitable for students 15-18 yrs in Year 9, 10, 11 and 12. Language School is an optional extra and on request, additional fees attending language school on a per week basis in local currency. FLIGHT BOOKINGS: Students keen to book Placements on 3 – 8 weeks program with flights must book a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the student departure and program fees paid. Late bookings are available and On Request Basis only and may need to pay for additional flight variation fee.
Airfares are seasonal. Prices are based on exchange rate as of January 2018 and may vary. Prices are subject to change at any time before full payment is received. For all 3 & 5, 10 month programs flights are not included. Student will be required to book their own flights, local train to and from the intended exchange destination city. You can book these directly with your own travel agent or the Student Travel department please ask CEA details. Location request is optional and additional fees apply to above classic program fee. NB: The weather is seasonal and CEA cannot guarantee snow at any particular time during the CHRISTMAS study program. Departures are available from late November and return early or mid January. Departures are available early in January. If travelling mid December and or January there will be a fare variation additional to the program fees due to seasonal airfares. If this booked at early enough there will still be competitive flights fees.

Program fees are valid for all departures until December 2018.
NB : CEA has the right to amend fees if there is a large fluctuation in Currency exchange beyond our control. As well as amend dates, tour schedules including cancellation of any study tour groups if numbers are not met.
If you would like to go on a cultural exchange experience to another country CEA has not mentioned, please ask CEA and we will do our best to organize this for you.
