Campus Education Australia Enrolment Procedure
Campus Education Australia requires that all documentation is complete before a host family or booking is confirmed in writing.

- To participate on the CEA high school cultural program it will be necessary to fill in the Pre-Application form CEA will send the Fees and Prices to show your parents to ensure they wish to send you. Once you have decided then email CEA and CEA will send you full Enrolment forms to start the placement on the CEA High School Culture Exchange in Sydney Australia. (we will be happy to call and speak with your parents if they wish to discuss the program just email CEA and advise what country you are from and your contact details - we are only too happy to do this)
- Documentation, and Enrollment forms will be sent to you via email. CEA will also send full details on Schools you can attend and host families that you may choose to stay with while you are here. Please complete the Enrollment forms as soon as possible, so we can assess them with your academic level and also to assist in organizing a compatible host family for you. Complete the forms and organise the necessary documents required from your School and return them send them all to CEA via International Post at your earliest to ensure you do get a placement for the Semester you want to come. It takes some time to get all this organized, so the sooner we receive everything the better.
- To obtain your student visa, an invoice will be sent to your parents and then part payment is necessary by CEA to forward to the school to confirm your placement as CEA is fully registered agent with the Education Department. CEA will then send you a Confirmation of the school placement in writing. With this confirmation letter you will be able to lodge your Student Visa via Electronic Transfer with the Australian Consulate to process your visa (approx 4 weeks) this is all done electronically now and is very easy. Due to government regulations, the school will not issue a Confirmation letter of Enrollment COE without receipt of full school fees paid via CEA. This will be all in the invoice sent to you with everything covered on the program.
- CEA will then make the following steps in organising and confirming a quality host family for you with your input of course and ensure everything is booked and confirmed for your trip down under. CEA will send you the full details and paperwork to your home prior to your departure so you can pack get ready for your Experience of a life time. This will arrive a few weeks prior to your departure.
- Your Final payment to Campus Education Australia (CEA) is required 1 month prior to your arrival.
- Please return all forms completed and signed by parents where necessary to Campus Education Australia by Express International post to enable CEA to proceed with further documentation.
- Documentation will be sent to you by International Express post together with full details of your host family and school. CEA will advise banking details at the time of invoicing. Any further questions do not hesitate to email us.
