The eligible federal student financial aid programs include: Pell Grants, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (SEOG), Perkins Loans, National Direct or Stafford Loans, and Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS). Students may also be eligible for aid through state student financial aid programs; specific scholarship programs from the home school for study abroad, and from other outside scholarship agencies. Additionally, alternative student loans are available through banks, but most require certification by students' home school financial aid offices.

Who We Are

CEA is here to offer students, families and agents a more personal and professional service. CEA is owned and Managed by Mrs. Jennifer De Florio who is the Managing Director of the company. It was decided similar programs being offered did not come close to the high standard CEA expects, so CEA decided to put together a program that would provide for the student, family and agent.
